Dr. Shahnaz Usman, teaching as Professor in Department of Pharmaceutics, RAK College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, Ras al Khaimah, UAE. I have completed my B. Pharm, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics. I have 5years experience of the pharmaceutical industry (in quality control) and 18 years of experience in teaching. Since September 2011, I am working in UAE. Total Research Publications are 47, 36-international and 11-national. I have supervised over 16 students of MS and Ph.D. I am a Member of Editor board in Natural Products Chemistry & Research Journal and Asian Journal of Medical Sciences. I am working as a reviewer in different journal.

Rashid Mahmood has Master Degree in Analytical Chemistry and MS in Total Quality Management. He has 15 years of experience of Pharmaceutical Quality Operations and has attended many international conferences as a keynote speaker. He has presented various talks in USA & China on Cleaning Validation, cGMP Guidelines, Quality Risk Management, Role of Mass Spectrometry in Pharmaceuticals and on new Drug Delivery Systems. Currently he is working as a Senior Executive Manager Quality Operations for Surge Lab.(Manufacturer of Microencapsulated APIs, Liquid & Dry Powder Parentrals) which is the best export oriented organization of Pakistan.
Rashid Mahmood studied Analytical Chemistry and has completed his MS in Total Quality Management from Punjab University Lahore-Pakistan. He joined Surge Laboratories Private Limited in 2004 and immediately excelled in his executive career track.
